PEAK Wind is seeking an Internal Business Excellence Consultant to lead internal projects and support strategic business development initiatives that strengthen our operations, enhance our service offering, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Introducing the Project & Business Excellence Team
You will become part of our Project & Business Excellence team, where we work across the organisation to initiate, coordinate, and drive company-wide strategic, optimisation and development initiatives. We are a small but dedicated team of highly motivated professionals who bring diverse backgrounds and a strong commitment to excellence. Our role is to ensure ideas move from strategy to structured execution – with clarity, ownership, and impact.

You will report directly to the Head of Project & Business Excellence and work closely with colleagues across the organisation, bringing your perspective to a collaborative and purposeful team environment.

How You Will Make an Impact
As an Internal Business Excellence Consultant, you will contribute to the success of internal projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage internal projects aimed at enhancing business processes, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
  • Business Development: Support business development activities in order to secure long-term value and strategic direction of PEAK Wind.
  • Strategic Development: Support the execution of strategic priorities
  • AI: Explore and support the application of AI tools and automation opportunities across the organisation.
  • PEAK Wind Toolbox: Act as a sparring partner to the line organisation on problem‑solving, development activities, and application of consulting best practices.
  • Document Management: Maintain, review, and update documentation to ensure it reflects changes in processes, technologies, and regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, implement, and sustain process improvements across the organisation.

What Will Make You Successful in This Role
At PEAK Wind, we know success comes in many forms. What matters most is your mindset, curiosity, and drive to make an impact. The following qualities and experiences will help you succeed in this role:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration & Economics, Project Management, or similar
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from idea to execution

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in an international, cross-functional team
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

Why Join PEAK Wind

  • An international, inclusive, and diverse workplace where differences are valued
  • The opportunity to work on cross‑functional projects driving operational excellence and business improvements across the organisation
  • Flexible working arrangements that support both your career and personal life
