Excellence and Operations Support Specialist  
We seek an Excellence and Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Europe. In this role, you will be an integral part of our Asset Management business unit, playing a key role in driving our expanding global portfolio. Your focus will span critical areas such as operational readiness and excellence, performance management, strategic initiatives, contract origination, sales, and beyond.  

Trusted Asset and Operations Manager for Owners of some of the Largest Renewable Assets

Job content, responsibilities, and possibilities  
Based in one of our offices in London, Glasgow, Copenhagen, Aarhus, or Hamburg you will be involved in contributing to, managing, and developing various aspects of our Asset Management business area alongside like-minded, talented colleagues. You will operate with a focus on supporting our existing and growing portfolio to ensure best-in-class performance, alongside driving strategic improvement initiatives to ensure the highest success as we expand into new technologies, regions, and markets.   

More specifically, your areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to:   

• Identifying, conceptualising, and executing strategic initiatives in Asset Management from project to global level.   
• Supporting the mobilisation and readiness of new projects coming under our managed portfolio, assisting a senior project manager with budget and overall management responsibility for the delivery team.  
• Project manage operational, commercial, and technical improvements across our managed portfolio.  
• Engaging with our project/regions, support functions, and external vendors to develop new practices, tools, and systems that enhance the PEAK Wind Asset Management services.   
• Developing new product offerings and, together with our sales function and central asset management team driving and delivering RFPs/ITTs, and supporting the generation, origination, and negotiation of new Asset Management and Operations Management agreements.   
• Provide consultancy and advisory support on various projects for our clients as an asset and operations management subject matter expert.   

As an Excellence and Operations Support Specialist, you preferably hold a commercial, technical, and/or financial education, with a strong aptitude for project management. Further qualifications are beneficial, combined with a flair for contractual topics. You should have 2-4 of work experience within the renewables industry and ideally have been exposed to various aspects (e.g., procurement, engineering, commercial management) of wind projects and/or their stages, from which you have gained broad experience.  You should be adaptable and open to travel, as this role may involve global trips and requires collaboration across Peak Wind's various time zones.   

The ideal candidate has relevant experience combined with a proactive attitude, works well with different mindsets and stakeholders, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build relations with various internal and external project stakeholders. You will be part of a motivated team with colleagues from different disciplines and parts of the world, ensuring high-quality deliverables for our international clients.
